Information we collect
When you request a reservation, we may collect your name, phone number, optional email address, dates, guest count, selected service and notes. Website chat may collect your name, contact information and conversation history. Reviews collect the name, rating and comment you submit. The language selector and private chat access token may be stored on your device.
How information is used
We use this information to review availability, communicate about requests, manage reservations, provide services, prevent misuse and improve the guest experience. The website does not currently collect online payment-card information.
Who can access it
Reservation, chat and review information is available to the authorized website owner and service providers required to operate the website. We do not sell customer information.
Booking lookup
Customers can view limited reservation details only by entering the matching booking code and phone number. Keep your booking code private.
Chat retention
Handled website-chat conversations and their message history are automatically deleted after 90 days. Unanswered conversations remain available until they are handled so the team can respond. Customers should never submit payment-card details, passwords or sensitive identification through chat.
Retention and requests
Other information may be retained as reasonably necessary for operations, records, safety and legal obligations. To request a correction or deletion, contact Vue Sur Mer Paradise at +509 49 35 9034. Some information may need to be retained where required for legitimate records.
